ATTRIB. THOMAS WEBB & SONS BURMESE FAIRY LAMP EPERGNE, LATE 19TH C., H 10 3/4", W 11 1/2"

HAVING TWO BURMESE PYRAMID-SIZE DOMES DECORATED IN PRUNUS PATTERN, THE LAMP CUPS SET IN AN ORMOLU FRAME AND MARKED "CLARKE'S CRICKLITE" ON CUP RINGS, CENTERED BY A RAISED BUD VASE WITH PETTICOAT RIM DECORATED EN SUITE, THE WHOLE RAISED ON A TRUMPET-SHAPED STANDARD AND BASE, ALSO PAINTED IN THE PRUNUS PATTERN. FROM THE ESTATE OF DR. HENRY AND GRACE STRICKER, MILFORD, MICHIGAN.


Condition:
There is a very small 1/8" chip to the edge of the base. One candle cup has an 1/8" flake chip to the edge. One shade has a couple tiny flea bites to the base rim. TW 2-8-18
